✨ OUR CANDLES
What kind of wax do you use?
We use a premium 100% soy wax blend crafted from renewable U.S.-grown soybeans. Our wax is chosen for its clean burn, beautiful appearance, and ability to carry fragrance softly and evenly throughout your space.
Are your candles handmade?
Our products are meticulously handcrafted in small batches, allowing us to focus on craftsmanship, quality, and consistency in every pour.
Do your candles contain parabens or phthalates?
Our fragrances are curated without parabens and are phthalate-free whenever possible, meeting our high standards for both performance and peace of mind.
🕯 CANDLE CARE
How should I burn my candle the first time?
Allow the wax to melt fully across the surface during the first burn (approximately 3-4 hours). This creates an even burn and ensures optimal performance over time.
How do I care for the wick?
Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each lighting to maintain a clean flame and extend the life of your candle.
How long should I burn my candle at once?
We recommend burning your candle for 3-4 hours at a time for best fragrance release and candle longevity.
Why does my candle look frosted or uneven?
Soy wax is a natural material and may develop a soft, frosted finish or slight texture variations. This is a natural characteristic and does not affect the candle’s performance.
🌿 REED DIFFUSERS
How do I use a reed diffuser?
Insert the reeds into the bottle and allow them to absorb and gently diffuse fragrance into the air. Flip the reeds every few days to refresh the scent.
How long will my diffuser last?
Most reed diffusers last 2–6 months, depending on size, airflow, room temperature, and how often the reeds are turned.
Can I control the scent strength?
Yes. Use fewer reeds for a lighter fragrance experience, or all reeds for a more pronounced aroma.
🌸 LINEN & ROOM MIST
How do I use linen mist?
Lightly mist onto linens, pillows, or into the air to create an inviting atmosphere. We recommend testing on an inconspicuous area before full use.
Can I use linen mist as perfume?
Our linen and room mists are designed exclusively for home fragrance and are not intended for direct use on skin.
🧴 GENERAL
Are your products safe to use around pets?
We recommend enjoying our fragrances in well-ventilated spaces and keeping all products out of reach of pets, as animals can be sensitive to fragrance.
Why does my candle sometimes appear “wet”?
Natural temperature changes can cause fragrance oil to rise to the surface. This is normal with soy wax—simply blot gently before lighting.
